Willow Groundwater-Schuldt
Founder & CEO
Willow Groundwater-Schuldt is a PhD candidate at Cornell’s department of German Studies. Prior to Cornell, she graduated from SUNY at Buffalo with a double major in German Language & Literature, and Linguistics. Though her primary field of study is philosophy and literature, she has maintained an interest in computer science since her youth; in addition to her role as CEO she acts as a computer engineer for Cayuga Research Corporation, focusing on low-level systems code and program architecture for machine learning.
Hongyu Chang
Co-Founder & CSO
Hongyu Chang is currently a PhD candidate at Cornell’s department of Neurobiology and Behavior, where her work concentrates on large-scale neural recordings, closed-loop eye tracking, VR systems, and advanced data analysis. Prior to Cornell, she received a Master’s in Medical Science from the University of Tokyo, and began her academic career at China Agricultural University. Her work has appeared in several prestigious journals including Nature, Nature Methods, and Nature Neuroscience.
Andrew Wallace
Co-Founder & Principal Engineer
Andrew Wallace graduated from SUNY at Buffalo with a BA in Mathematics. His current work at Cayuga Research Corporation involves designing environments for the training of world models, and ensuring a rigorous mathematical grounding for all of our projects.
